With the victory, Tavares upgrades its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Mount Dora (Mount Dora, FL) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 1-15.

Next up, the Pirates play the Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Pasco will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Sharks come into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 47-45 non-league loss to Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL).
