The Patrick County Cougars basketball team (Stuart, VA), dropped 66-52 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA)
The Bobcats now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alleghany for a Three Rivers battle on Friday, January 26. Radford will confront a Cougars team coming off a 55-36 league win over James River (Buchanan, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 12-3.
The Cougars (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Buffaloes come into the Three Rivers battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Floyd County beat Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA), 75-63, in a non-league battle.
