New Mexico High School Basketball - Atrisco Heritage Academy can't hold off Cibola

The Cibola Cougars basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars to 43 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Volcano Vista for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Cibola will battle a Hawks team coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 10-1.
The Jaguars (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Rio Rancho edged Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 65-24, in a non-league contest.
