The North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV) basketball knocked off the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 59-49 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Panthers (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders go into the non-league test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Sparks went down by Wooster (Reno, NV), 52-20, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to South Tahoe for a non-league test on Friday, January 26. Hug will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 63-33 non-league win over North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Vikings record now stands at 8-5.
