Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers (Convent Station, NJ) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Dover Tigers (Dover, NJ), 52-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, Academy of St. Elizabeth upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Mountain Lakes (Mountain Lakes, NJ) to play the Lakers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Lakers come into the bout with a record of 10-4. Mountain Lakes won 37-34 in their recent non-league bout against Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ)

Next up, the Tigers play the Parsippany Redhawks (Parsippany, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Independence bout, on Thursday, January 25. Dover will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Redhawks come into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 37-34 non-league loss to Mountain Lakes (Mountain Lakes, NJ).
