Washington High School Basketball - Bear Creek thwarts South Whidbey

The Bear Creek Grizzlies (Redmond, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA), 45-30 in Wednesday's league test.
The Grizzlies (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA). The Tigers go into the 1A Emerald Sound test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Granite Falls notched a victory over University Prep (Seattle, WA), 44-36, in a league test.
The Falcons now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eastside Prep for a 1A Emerald Sound outing on Friday, January 26. South Whidbey will clash with a squad coming off a 44-31 league win over Forest Ridge Sacred Heart (Bellevue, WA). The record now stands at 4-5.
