South Carolina High School Basketball - Bridges Prep overwhelmed by Bethune-Bowman

The Bethune-Bowman Mohawks basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Bridges Prep Buccaneers to 17 in the Mohawks league victory on Wednesday.

The Mohawks now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whale Branch for a A Region 7 contest on Friday, January 26. Bethune-Bowman will battle a Warriors team coming off a 34-22 league loss to Allendale-Fairfax (Fairfax, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-14.

The Buccaneers (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bamberg-Ehrhardt (Bamberg, SC). The Red Raiders come into the A Region 7 contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Bamberg-Ehrhardt triumphed over Royal Live Oaks Academy (Hardeeville, SC), 88-4, in a league contest.
