The Milton Black Panthers basketball team (Milton, PA), was overwhelmed 54-27 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Central Columbia Bluejays (Bloomsburg, PA)
The Bluejays now possess a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montoursville for a Heartland II battle on Saturday, January 27. Central Columbia will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-14 league win over Midd-West (Middleburg, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-9.
The Black Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA). The Indians come into the Heartland II battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Shamokin Area trounced Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA), 49-18, in a league battle.
