California High School Basketball - University tipped by Fairfax

The Fairfax Lions basketball team scored 27 points and held the visiting University Wildcats to 26 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lions now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Venice for a Western contest on Friday, January 26. Fairfax will meet a Gondoliers team coming off a 67-32 league loss to Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA). The Gondoliers record now stands at 4-12.
The Wildcats (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets enter the Western contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Westchester nudged Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA), 51-32, in a league contest.
