With the victory, Fayetteville Academy improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Eagles host Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC) to play the Eagles in a NCISAA Carolina Independent challenge on Friday, January 26. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 14-2. Rocky Mount Academy won 46-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC)

Next up, the Spartans play the Southside Christian Warriors (Clayton, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Kerr-Vance Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record.
