In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Smithsburg Leopards basketball team scored a decisive 72-43 triumph over the Fort Hill Sentinels.
In their next game, the Leopards meet the Williamsport Wildcats (Williamsport, MD) in a Central Maryland match, on Friday, January 26. Smithsburg will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.
With the defeat, Fort Hill moves to 1-10 on the year. The Sentinels travel to Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, January 26. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-8.
