In Wednesday's league match, the host George Washington Eagles basketball team scored a good 35-27 triumph over the Tunstall Trojans.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) in a Piedmont match, on Friday, January 26. George Washington will attempt to better on its 7-10 season record.
