The Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) basketball crushed the host Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), 47-14 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Chargers (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Nottoway (Nottoway, VA). The Cougars go into the James River test with a 1-12 record. In their last test, Nottoway was trounced by Buckingham (Buckingham, VA), 62-13, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-13 record. They play next when they travel to Louisa County for a Jefferson test on Friday, January 26. Goochland will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 50-45 league win over Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Lions record now stands at 3-13.
