The Limestone Rockets basketball squad (Bartonville, IL), was beaten 66-50 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Washington Panthers (Washington, IL)

The Panthers (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against East Peoria (East Peoria, IL). The Raiders go into the Mid-Illini outing with a 7-19 record. In their last outing, East Peoria was beaten by Dunlap (Dunlap, IL), 56-48, in a league outing.

The Rockets now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they host Morton for a Mid-Illini outing on Saturday, January 27. Limestone will clash with a Potters squad coming off a 63-32 league win over Pekin (Pekin, IL). The Potters record now stands at 19-5.
