Maryland High School Basketball - Shabach Christian Academy Blue trounces Springdale Prep

January 24, 2024: New Windsor, MD 21776

The Shabach Christian Academy Blue Eagles (Landover, MD) basketball crushed the host Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD), 65-39 in Wednesday's league test.

The Eagles (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Gerstell Academy (Finksburg, MD). The go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Gerstell Academy walloped Bryn Mawr (Baltimore, MD), 60-40, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 20-20 record. They play next when they travel to Shipley for a Friends Schools test on Friday, January 26. Springdale Prep will encounter a squad coming off a 64-34 league loss to Friends' Central (Wynnewood, PA). The record now stands at 7-6.
