Arizona High School Basketball - Horizon fells Chaparral

Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ), 47-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Horizon upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Firebirds play the Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
