Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Alief Elsik Rams (Houston, TX), 58-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Strake Jesuit upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Fighting Crusaders travel to Alvin (Alvin, TX) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Pearland Oilers (Pearland, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Alief Elsik will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record.
