California High School Basketball - Banning can't hold off Yucca Valley

The Yucca Valley Trojans basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Banning Broncos to 42 in the Trojans league triumph on Wednesday.
The Trojans now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ontario Christian for a contest on Thursday, January 25. Yucca Valley will battle a Knights team coming off a 45-30 league win over Woodcrest Christian (Riverside, CA). The Knights record now stands at 12-8.
The Broncos (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Indio (Indio, CA). The Rajahs enter the contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Indio was nudged by Banning (Banning, CA), 65-51, in a league contest.
