The Valor Christian Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Lakewood Tigers to 60 in the Eagles league victory on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bear Creek for a contest on Friday, January 26. Valor Christian will battle a Bears team coming off a 68-36 non-league loss to Chatfield (Littleton, CO). The Bears record now stands at 0-9.
The Tigers (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Arvada West prevailed over Columbine (Littleton, CO), 50-43, in a non-league contest.
