Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA), 54-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Venice upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Gondoliers travel to Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Lions in a bout on Friday, January 26. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Fairfax won 67-37 in their recent league bout against University (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Dolphins clash with the Los Angeles CES Unicorns (Los Angeles, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 29. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
