Virginia High School Basketball - Rockbridge County overwhelmed by Salem

The Salem Spartans basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Rockbridge County Wildcats to 24 in the Spartans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hidden Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Salem will battle a Titans team coming off a 58-37 non-league win over William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Titans record now stands at 6-8.
The Wildcats (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA). The Trailblazers come into the non-league contest with a 14-2 record.
