Crest Ridge Cougars (Centerview, MO) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Archie Whirlwinds (Archie, MO), 72-52 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Crest Ridge advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Cougars travel to Orrick (Orrick, MO) to face the Bearcats in a I-70 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bearcats enter the match with a record of 5-6.

The Whirlwinds now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Drexel for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. Archie will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 49-42 league loss to Osceola (Osceola, MO). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-4.
