Washington High School Basketball - Auburn nips Kentridge

In Friday's league contest, the host Auburn Trojans basketball team scored a close 63-62 triumph over the Kentridge Chargers.
The Trojans (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stadium (Tacoma, WA). The Tigers go into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Stadium was tipped by Kentwood (Covington, WA), 71-60, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Kentridge will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 6-12 record after their 70-59 league loss to Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA).
