The Duluth Wildcats basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Berkmar Patriots to 33 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now have a 12-9 record. They play next when they host North Gwinnett for a AAAAAA Region 7 game on Tuesday, January 28. Duluth will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-34 league loss to Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, Berkmar falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA) to confront the Mustangs in a AAAAAA Region 7 game on Saturday, January 25. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 14-6. Meadowcreek lost 52-36 in their recent non-league game against Ramsay (Birmingham, AL)
