Vermont High School Basketball - Burr & Burton knocks off Mount Anthony

In Friday's league contest, the host Burr & Burton Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 62-52 win over the Mount Anthony Patriots.
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT). The Green Wave come into the Southern Vermont - A contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Mt. St. Joseph Academy was topped by Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT), 73-56, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Mount Anthony will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record.
