In their next game, the Hornets battle the Smithville Tigers (Smithville, TX) in a 4A Region III District 22 contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Caldwell will attempt to better on its 11-16 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 1-18 record after their 66-19 league loss to Giddings (Giddings, TX).
