The Calico Rock Pirates basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Norfork Panthers to 57 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.

The Pirates now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Viola for a 1A Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 28.

With the loss, Norfork falls to 7-14 on the campaign. The Panthers host Salem (Salem, AR) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Greyhounds go into the game with a record of 2-7.
