The Helias Crusaders basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Capital City Cavaliers to 35 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now have a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hickman for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Helias will confront a Kewpies team coming off a 67-40 non-league win over Boonville (Boonville, MO). The Kewpies record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Capital City falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Southern Boone (Ashland, MO) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-6. Southern Boone won 87-61 in their recent non-league game against Fulton (Fulton, MO)
