Washington High School Basketball - Gonzaga Prep nips Central Valley

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Gonzaga Prep Bullpups basketball team scored a close 68-66 win over the Central Valley Bears.

The Bullpups (15-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Blackhawks come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Cheney was tipped by Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA), 61-42, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Lewis & Clark Tigers (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Central Valley will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 61-42 league win over Cheney (Cheney, WA).
