The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) and the visiting Chestatee War Eagles (Gainesville, GA), observed Greater Atlanta Christian's basketball team overwhelm Chestatee by a score of 79-30.

The Spartans (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Dora Christian Academy (Mount Dora, FL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Mount Dora Christian Academy trounced Meadowbrook Academy (Ocala, FL), 57-44, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the War Eagles encounter the Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) in a AAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Chestatee will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 79-43 league loss to White County (Cleveland, GA).
