The Fair Haven Slaters basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Otter Valley Otters to 50 in the Slaters league triumph on Friday.

The Slaters now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Windsor for a Southern Vermont - B game on Tuesday, January 28. Fair Haven will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 79-22 non-league win over Sharon Academy (Sharon, VT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Otter Valley falls to 10-2 on the campaign. The Otters host Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 29. The Bears go into the game with a record of 4-8. Brattleboro won 73-56 in their recent league game against Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT)
