The McConnellsburg Spartans bounced the host Forbes Road basketball squad by a final score of 67-44 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Spartans face the Williamsburg Blue Pirates (Williamsburg, PA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, January 29. McConnellsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record. The Blue Pirates enter the outing with a 10-6 record after their 62-47 league win over Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA).
