The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes got by the host Fort Bend Clements Rangers basketball squad by a final score of 72-68 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Hurricanes clash with the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) in a 6A Region III District 21 outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Fort Bend Hightower will attempt to upgrade on its 15-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 17-11 record after their 61-57 league loss to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX).
