Oregon High School Basketball - Grant Union routs Irrigon

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Grant Union Prospectors basketball team scored a big 75-45 win over the Irrigon Knights.
The Prospectors (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie City (Prairie City, OR). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Prairie City smashed Elgin (Elgin, OR), 52-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Weston-McEwen TigerScots (Athena, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain contest, on Friday, January 31. Irrigon will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record. The TigerScots come into the contest with a 12-10 record after their 58-51 non-league loss to South Wasco County (Maupin, OR).
