Louisiana High School Basketball - Green Oaks victorious over Homer

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Green Oaks Giants basketball team scored a good 54-38 triumph over the Homer Pelicans.
The Giants (12-18) will now prepare for their contest against North Caddo (Vivian, LA). The Titans go into the 2A District 1 contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, North Caddo topped Magnolia School of Excellence (Shreveport, LA), 97-80, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Pelicans confront the Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA) in a 2A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Homer will attempt to better on its 13-8 season record. The Farmers go into the contest with a 11-13 record after their 65-64 league win over D'Arbonne Woods (Farmerville, LA).
