In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies basketball team scored a good 51-42 triumph over the Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars.

The Huskies (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Barnum (Barnum, MN). The Bombers go into the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Barnum was topped by Swanville (Swanville, MN), 75-67, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Carlton/Wrenshall (Carlton, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Hinckley-Finlayson will attempt to better on its 3-16 season record.
