The Putnam Kingsmen basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Hood River Valley Eagles to 52 in the Kingsmen league triumph on Friday.

The Kingsmen now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Parkrose for a 5A Northwest Oregon game on Friday, January 31.

With the loss, Hood River Valley falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Parkrose (Portland, OR) to confront the Broncos in a 5A Northwest Oregon game on Tuesday, January 28. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 6-7. Parkrose lost 58-46 in their recent league game against La Salle (Milwaukie, OR)
