In Friday's league contest, the visiting Western Reserve Blue Devils basketball team scored a close 51-46 triumph over the Jackson-Milton Bluejays.
The Blue Devils (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Memorial (Campbell, OH). The Red Devils go into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Memorial nipped McKinley (Sebring, OH), 89-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bluejays battle the Waterloo Vikings (Atwater, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Jackson-Milton will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 2-12 record after their 55-31 league loss to Lowellville (Lowellville, OH).
