California High School Basketball - Laguna Hills overwhelms Westminster

The Laguna Hills Hawks basketball team scored 83 points and limited the visiting Westminster Lions to 47 in the Hawks league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now possess a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Valencia for a Golden West game on Wednesday, January 29. Laguna Hills will confront a Tigers team coming off a 67-46 league win over Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 19-7.

With the loss, Westminster falls to 5-17 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Santa Ana (Santa Ana, CA) to confront the Saints in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 29. The Saints go into the game with a record of 6-16. Santa Ana lost 68-52 in their recent league game against Valencia (Placentia, CA)
