The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH) and the visiting Pittsburg Panthers (Pittsburg, NH), observed Lin-Wood's basketball team knock off Pittsburg by a score of 62-45.
The Lumberjacks (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Moultonborough Academy (Moultonborough, NH). The Panthers come into the Division IV challenge with a 4-6 record.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Littleton Crusaders (Littleton, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Pittsburg will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 59-50 league win over Profile (Bethlehem, NH).
