In Friday's league test, the Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD) basketball squad trounced the host Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), by a final score of 60-33.

Next, the Vikings clash with the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) in a Howard County test, on Monday, January 27. Mt. Hebron will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 5-8 record after their 72-65 non-league loss to Guilford Park (Jessup, MD).

The Scorpions (1-11) will now prepare for their test against Glenelg (Glenelg, MD). The Gladiators come into the Howard County test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Glenelg bounced River Hill (Clarksville, MD), 59-54, in a league test.
