The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Pendleton Buckaroos (Pendleton, OR) and the visiting Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR), observed Pendleton's basketball team overwhelm Ontario by a score of 87-38.

The Buckaroos (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against La Grande (La Grande, OR). The Tigers come into the 4A Greater Oregon challenge with a 5-12 record. In their last challenge, La Grande was routed by Baker (Baker City, OR), 71-43, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Burns Hilanders (Burns, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Ontario will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Hilanders come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 58-55 league loss to Riverside (Boardman, OR).
