The Weiser Wolverines basketball team scored 76 points and limited the host Payette Pirates to 46 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they host McCall-Donnelly for a 4A Snake River Valley game on Thursday, January 30. Weiser will confront a Vandals team coming off a 64-41 non-league win over Cole Valley Christian (Meridian, ID). The Vandals record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Payette falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Pirates host Fruitland (Fruitland, ID) to confront the Grizzlies in a 4A Snake River Valley game on Thursday, January 30. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 4-11. Fruitland lost 52-45 in their recent league game against Homedale (Homedale, ID)
