The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Presidio Blue Devils (Presidio, TX) and the host Tornillo Coyotes (Tornillo, TX), observed Presidio's basketball team overwhelm Tornillo by a margin of 69-27.

The Blue Devils (18-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Anthony (Anthony, TX). The Wildcats come into the 3A Region I District 4 challenge with a 12-13 record. In their last challenge, Anthony trounced Kermit (Kermit, TX), 61-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Kermit Yellow Jackets (Kermit, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Tornillo will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 61-52 league loss to Anthony (Anthony, TX).
