The Rappahannock County basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Stonewall Jackson Generals to 48 in the league triumph on Friday.

The now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Strasburg for a Bull Run game on Saturday, January 25. Rappahannock County will confront a Rams team coming off a 64-31 league loss to Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Rams record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Stonewall Jackson falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Generals host Madison County (Madison, VA) to confront the Mountaineers in a Bull Run game on Monday, January 27. The Mountaineers go into the game with a record of 3-12. Madison County lost 53-34 in their recent league game against Page County (Shenandoah, VA)
