The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) and the visiting Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH), observed Waynedale's basketball team overwhelm Rittman by a score of 66-30.

The Golden Bears (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Sandy Valley trounced Fairless (Navarre, OH), 48-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH) in a Wayne County challenge, on Friday, January 31. Rittman will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record.
