Next, the Vaqueros clash with the Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 30 test, on Tuesday, January 28. San Diego will attempt to upgrade on its 19-7 season record. The Badgers come into the test with a 16-12 record after their 77-53 league win over Falfurrias (Falfurrias, TX).

The Lions (2-19) will now prepare for their test against Hebbronville (Hebbronville, TX). The Longhorns come into the 3A Region IV District 30 test with a 9-17 record. In their last test, Hebbronville went down by Orange Grove (Orange Grove, TX), 61-38, in a league test.
