The Eagles (11-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Rural Special (Fox, AR). The Rebels come into the 1A Region 2 challenge with a 19-7 record. In their last challenge, Rural Special trounced Timbo (Timbo, AR), 46-43, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Longhorns encounter the Calico Rock Pirates (Calico Rock, AR) in a 1A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Viola will attempt to improve on its 6-18 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 70-57 league win over Norfork (Norfork, AR).
