In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Somerset Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 44-36 triumph over the Pleasanton Eagles.
The Bulldogs (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Devine (Devine, TX). The Warhorses go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Devine was topped by Carrizo Springs (Carrizo Springs, TX), 38-24, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Pearsall Mavericks (Pearsall, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Pleasanton will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Mavericks go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 49-8 non-league loss to Carrizo Springs (Carrizo Springs, TX).
