In Friday's league contest, the visiting Rhinelander Hodags basketball team scored a big 67-35 triumph over the Antigo Red Robins.

The Hodags (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids, WI). The Royals enter the non-league battle with a 13-1 record. In their last battle, Assumption walloped Marathon (Marathon, WI), 75-47, in a league battle.

The Red Robins now own a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeland for a Great Northern battle on Friday, January 31. Antigo will meet a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 73-32 non-league win over Xavier (Appleton, WI). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 14-4.
